Blue light illuminated the entire club. The stage was the brightest where a variety of entertainment was held. There were intervals of which there was normal dancing, sometimes there were bands that played, comedians would get the crowd to bust a gut, and magicians would show off their power and tricks. Of course, once it was all said and done, after eight at night the naughtier comedians would come out, and following them poles would come down and a more burlesque-type of show would take place. The club was family-friendly before that, but eight was when a child was supposed to have their bedtime or at least be getting ready for sleep.
Besides the stage, there was also white light in the changing rooms backstage. Then there was behind the bar so the bartenders could see what they were doing, and at the very front of the club in the lobby. The only windows were also in the lobby. Vampires could see in the dark, after all. Unlike Fiery Wave and its booming energy, Nyx est Raptus was very subdued and surreal. Sitting in a booth, Dustin watched waiters and waitresses move around with food as well as bloody alcoholic drinks. He could almost imagine he didn’t exist here, but unfortunately...the smell of human would attract any of them.
“I’ve asked this before, but I still do not understand why you accompany us here? I know it brings you discomfort,” Victor said with a frown.
Dustin took a sip of his very normal, very human liquor, “I will not be intimidated. I wish to hang out with my friends, and therefore I will do so.”
"That's all well and good, but..." Isaac hesitated, only to swallow back his protests once he received a look from his friend. As much as he thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Dustin, he purely disliked the idea of bringing him into this place, especially because of the fact that he was human. Many other vampires would want to feast on the man, and if anyone got too close, Isaac would either bare his fangs or give his occasional glare that indicated that they should stay at least 10 feet away from him. "If you feel the need to leave, let any of us know. We won't hesitate to take you home." He reminded, giving the drummer a small smile before glancing around in a subtle yet cautious manner.
"I know that, Isaac," Dustin returned the smile, "Let's not talk about it anymore lest the regulars overhear. I'm your pet, remember?" He took another swig and cleared is throat a bit at the burn that scorched his throat from the scotch. "I simply...do not want Ashe to find out about this place. Should things...work out, I may not be able to come anyway from now on. The careful game we play would be ruined. I'll miss the shows they put on."
